Our team has been working extremely hard during the latest weeks to implement a whole new series of improvements based on our customer’s feedback.
Let’s dive into the details:
Support for non-western characters
Given the increasing interest in analysing audiences from different geographies, we have added support for automatic segment names and audience’s most unique keywords for non-western languages such as Arabic or Russian.
We have also added better support for several Asian languages by using a new dictionary-based approach to identify words in Thai, Lao, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
Social and email previews
A report summary image is now automatically embedded in the “Report ready” email notification. This is a great improvement for having a good first idea about what you’ll find when visiting the report on the platform.
This image preview is also embedded on social posts for an increased virality of your reports across your audience and stakeholders.
Improved data export management
We have improved the way we manage dates and numbers on Excel exports to deliver a better data handling experience to our users. This improvement now allows ordering and filtering audience attributes and insights at scale on third party systems.
Uniqueness variations [Beta feature]
The new Uniqueness variations option allows you to choose different levels of uniqueness when identifying top influencers and brands for a target audience.
Depending on your needs, you can now choose if you are interested in very unique niche influencers that are exclusively relevant to your audience, or less unique, generic influencers and brands that are more common across large audiences you might be comparing with.
Custom rankings exports
You can now export not only influencers but also your custom rankings sorted by how influential they are to the analysed audience.
