Hello. I’m Dr Jillian Ney, the UK’s first Dr of Social Media and a Digital Behavioural Scientist. I’m also the founder of The Social Intelligence Lab – the first content site and community dedicated to social data analysis and supporting the professionals behind social insights, people like you.
There’s not that much industry benchmarking or best practice when it comes to social data analysis. So, I’m changing that with our first State of Social Intelligence Survey.
